ARC classes at Lux


1. Activate specific muscles that surround the "core" of each major joint in your body, These muscles stabilize, fine tune, and keep your body safe from injury. Exercises are gentle and sometimes subtle. These muscles are designed to essentially whisper all day long as we move. Find them, and help them wake up!


2. Restore the brain-body connection through well-researched exercises that help the nervous system function at its best and promote ease in our state-of-mind. Developmental movement patterns lay the groundwork for lowered stress and optimal muscular recruitment.  


3. Challenge! Now that you have the assistance of your whispering muscles and a tuned-up nervous system, find those larger muscles and let them shout! Push your own limits with demanding movements such as squats, lunges, and jumps to build strength, cardiovascular capacity, and overall fitness.
